The flagship features Roborock's first RetractSense Navigation System, which enhances the reliable LDS technology by allowing its module to retract and pass under low-clearance areas such as furniture while keeping an exceptional 100-degree wide field of view (1). Beyond navigation, the Roborock Saros 10 integrates the latest version of all well-proven cleaning technologies by Roborock, including the new VibraRise 4.0 mopping system, making it a reliable and trustworthy flagship cleaning partner with a focus on deep cleaning.
RetractSense Navigation System - taking LiDAR Navigation to the Next Level
The Roborock Saros 10 provides reliable home navigation technology with its RetractSense Navigation System, made up of a retractable LDS module (Laser Distance Sensor) to map the space, seamlessly integrated with an upward Time-of-Flight (ToF) RangeFinder sensor, which emits an extra laser beam to detect the height of low spaces, preventing unwanted scratches. This dual-sensor system enhances the vacuum’s spatial awareness, enabling it to navigate complex environments with ease and precision.
The RetractSense Navigation System's LDS module is designed to retract when entering low-reach areas and elevate back right after, and is enhanced with a Wide-Angle Vision Module providing a 100-degree field of view (1) that significantly improves the accuracy of room mapping and minimizes errors even while it's retracted. This adaptive retraction capability combined with Wide-Angle Vision allows the Saros 10 to dynamically adapt its cleaning reach, improving detection and navigation around obstacles while ensuring a thorough clean.
On top of its technology, the ultra-thin design, measuring just 7.98 cm, allows the Saros 10 to glide effortlessly under furniture, cleaning deeply and efficiently while not getting stuck.
Saros 10 also features Reactive AI 3.0, an advanced perception system with front triple structured light, an RGB camera, and VertiBeam lateral structured light. It offers a wider obstacle-avoidance view, minimal blind spots, and clear detection near and far with swift response.
VertiBeam™ Lateral Obstacle Avoidance – Clean around unfolded cables
The Roborock Saros 10 also features the brand new VertiBeam™ Lateral Obstacle Avoidance technology, which solves a big pain point for consumers who have cleaning needs around unfolded cables and irregular walls or furniture with irregular shapes. This breakthrough innovation adds a wide vertical laser on top of its single-point forward laser, lengthening the field of vision of the robot and better recognizing horizontal and vertical surfaces, especially useful around unfolded cables and dramatically reducing bumps against irregular walls or furniture.
Ultimate Deep Cleaning Efficiency and Anti-Tangle Technology
The Roborock Saros 10 sets a new benchmark for home cleaning with its unparalleled sweeping and mopping technology. The robotic vacuum features ultra strong suction power, boasting an impressive 22,000Pa HyperForce (2), allowing it to effortlessly capture dirt and debris from all types of surfaces.
Further enhancing its functionality, the Saros 10 features a Dual Anti-Tangle System, engineered to address common frustrations associated with household cleaning. It is made of a DuoDivide Main Brush and a liftable FlexiArm Riser Side Brush, which deploys itself to prevent hair from tangling around the vacuum, efficiently channeling debris into the dustbin.
The FlexiArm Riser side brush automatically retracts after lifting to avoid furniture collisions. Its asymmetrical spiral arc resists hair tangles, using centrifugal force to release hair and direct it to the DuoDivide Main Brush for efficient collection.
Its AdaptiLift™ Chassis also has the ability to independently adjust the chassis height by 10mm (1), enhancing the robot's ability to navigate over mid-to-long-pile carpets as well as crossing standard thresholds of up to 3cm (1) and navigate complex double-layer thresholds of up to 4cm（1）.
VibraRise 4.0 - Next-gen Vibrating Mopping for Ultimate Performance
Saros 10 has been upgraded with the latest VibraRise mopping technology by Roborock. It features a denser, more absorbent mop that locks in moisture more effectively for stain removal. Dual sonic vibrating zones at 4,000 times/min each （1), up to 8N pressure (1), and a 26% larger vibration area(1) ensures superior mopping performance.
The vibrating mop of Saros 10 can detach and stay back in the dock when the user sets modes where mopping is not needed, such as Vacuum Only and Vacuum Carpets First, ensuring high-pile carpets stay as dry as possible. The edge mop has also been improved. It can now independently lift from the main mop, lowering only when detecting edges to enable optimal edge-cleaning performance.
The mop’s stain removal process involves two stages: first, the mop soaks dry stains in order to help soften them. Then the mop will press on the stain and vibrate to both break it down and remove it. The mop vibration area has been increased, and the downward pressure can be as high as 8N (1), ensuring Saros 10 provides a hygienic cleaning process and making the Saros 10 a powerful ally in maintaining a pristine home environment.
RockDock Ultra 2.0 – Always ready to go
The Roborock Saros 10 can be purchased with the innovative RockDock Ultra 2.0, which introduces design upgrades such as tempered glass finish and easier access to the bin and tanks, but also significant upgrades to further streamline the user experience. Key innovations include 80℃ Hot Water Mop Washing (1), as well as Auto Mop Removal, which when activated through the app, detaches the mop when the robot is set to vacuum only or to vacuum carpets first, preventing unwanted dampness. The RockDock Ultra 2.0 uses adaptive water temperatures to tackle mop washing and stains, preventing starch-based stickiness, melting oil stains, and sterilizing at high temperatures.
Additionally, the dock now supports 2.5-Hour Fast Charge (1), a new upgrade that reduces downtime by rapidly recharging the robot, allowing it to get back to cleaning in an efficient manner. The RockDock Ultra 2.0 can intelligently estimate the required power for the remaining cleaning areas and tasks, charging only the necessary amount instead of fully recharging, allowing the device to resume work promptly. The feature, combined with off-peak charging capabilities, will optimize energy usage and enhance overall efficiency.
Simplified User Experience with Enhanced Roborock App and Roborock SmartPlan™ 2.0
Making cleaning even more convenient, the all-updated and enhanced Roborock App elevates the user experience by using Roborock SmartPlan™ 2.0, which leverages AI to automatically adjust and customize settings related to the vacuum’s cleaning route, suction power, and water volume based on environmental data and usage history. It is able to reduce suction power during quiet hours and even commands the robot to wash mops immediately after cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. It offers versatile custom modes providing users with more options to tailor their cleaning preferences and schedules.
Voice Activation & Cross-Platform Matter Protocol
The Roborock Saros 10 can be set up to become voice-activated through the “Hello, Rocky!” command and simple default instructions such as starting or stopping cleaning tasks. The Saros 10 will also be enabled through OTA software updates with the Matter 1.4 Protocol, enabling it to work smartly with a range of home assistance ecosystems such as Apple Home. Separetely, at the time of launch, the Saros 10 is already compatible with voice commands via Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri Shortcuts, and Google Home. It will also support Launcher Widgets, allowing one-tap access to custom cleaning routines, and an Apple Watch app will also be available, allowing for a quick cleanup startup as well as a status check.
